50 Amazing Films You’ve Probably Never Seen

Interesting list! Because, out of 50, you know how many I’ve seen?! ONE! Usually you see lists like this and, for big movie-geeks anyway, nothing is much of a surprise. So I thought this might be a good link to share with you fellow movie-geeks to see how many each of YOU have seen. Because I’m a little embarrassed to have only seen one. 🙂 (The Bad Seed, before anyone asks).

Link here: Total Film

Some from the 50 that I think sound interesting – anyone seen any of these??

Fragment Of Fear
Even The Wind Is Afraid
Beyond The Black Rainbow
The Strange Vengeance Of Rosalie
Nightmare
Red Beard (a Kurosawa. sounds good to me!)
A Quiet Place In The Country (an Ennio Morricone score so at least the music should be great)
Night Train Murders (for the horror fans here as the article says this one is VERY nasty)
Scream Pretty Peggy
The Power
The Psychopath (Directed by Freddie Francis, mentioned a few times in the article. Never heard of him but like the sound of his stuff)
Horrors Of Malformed Men
Killer Party

  1. it’s a great list. Another friend of mine posted this too. I’ve only seen four myself – Munsters Go Home! (it was shown here on TV all time when I was a kid), Fiend Without A Face, Gwendoline (Tawny Kitaen!), and Beyond The Black Rainbow (which I reviewed recently on my blog) – hehe – see what I did there? 🙂

    • That Whitesnake video chick?! Lol. I do believe I read your review for that Black Rainbow thing! Did I not comment on it?? I have boring real-life shit to do now but I’ll go & have another read of it later! 🙂

    • Okay – I’m not sure if you’ll see this comment thanks to the WordPress problems lately… I commented on your Beyond The Black Rainbow review (and a couple others). Think my comments have maybe gone into your spam folder as they aren’t showing…. :-/

  2. I took a few days off from blogging and such and am getting caught up. OUt of the ones you listed, Night Train Murders is the only one I’ve seen. And yes, it IS nasty (but also VERY slow and mostly boring).
