I love how this blog is spreading! I wish now I’d done it as a blogathon! We clearly have a lot of irritation overlap here! Gwyneth is such a massive douche. A friend bought me her cookbook for my birthday and I can’t bring myself to make anything out of it because she irritates me so much.

She’s ugly, and not that there’s anything wrong with that, but she’s one of those people who is so ugly that it shouldn’t even be a question of how ugly she is, but there are countless people who don’t think she’s ugly, so it annoys people who know she’s ugly that the other people don’t see how ugly she is. I definitely agree with u on some of these, especially Julia, Gweneth and Kristen, but thankfully none of them have yet made a Cast Away where we have to endure only them for 3 hours, so in the meantime, I tolerate them because there are other worthwhile actors in the movies with them. š

Is this list about them in real life and the movies or just the movies. Paltrow doesn’t really bother me in movies although she’s a flaming douchebag in real life. Yeah Kate Hudson stinks.
It’s a bit of both for me. Paltrow is DEFINITELY real life! Well, movies too. Okay – Paltrow & Fox are hated in every way possible. The rest are mainly just in movies. Some I hate the voice (Stone & Johansson but she’s not made the list as she’s starting to be in really good movies lately) & others I hate something about their faces (Seyfried – vacant. Knightley – smug & something weird about her jaw. Roberts – mouth). So, yeah. There’s my rational explanation in case you really wanted it. ; )

Interesting list even though I am wondering why some of the annoy you. Personally I’ve always been annoyed by Meryl Streep, there’s something about her which makes me feel uncomfortable.

I do! Thought she was great in “Adventureland,” “Into the Wild,” and On the Road.” Not to mention here presence and performances in her more mediocre films holds them together :).
I actually quite liked Adventureland! Although it also starred TWO of my honorable mentions for annoying actors. Lol : )

Kate Hudson!! Ha ha… I like her but haven’t seen her in that much (she was great in Almost Famous…). I had a discussion with a friend and we wondered if its easier to be annoyed by an actress if you’re female, and easier to be annoyed by an actor if male…?
Almost Famous is a great film – definitely her best one at least. I don’t know – I think we can all be easily annoyed by either but that a male’s list of annoying actresses would probably be very different from a female’s…

OMG, K-Stew would top my list for sure!! She can’t act her way out of a paper bag, seriously! I just commented on Abbi’s blog that I’m sick of seeing Knightley everywhere whilst other more talented British actresses like Sophia Myles, Romola Garai or even Felicity Jones are so under-utilized.
