Best gingerbread house EVER! This gingerbread Overlook Hotel was created by filmmaking twins Aaron Keeling and Austin Keeling. Several famous scenes from The Shining were also recreated inside & you can see lots of photos here: Laughing Squid.
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! I have some end-of-the-year Top Ten lists planned for this week (2015 movies seen & books read) plus I’ll do my best to hopefully tomorrow post a review of a true cinematic masterpiece that I recently experienced. What a way to end 2015 – I saw some truly fantastic films in December! Hopefully 2016 will be just as good. π
The sisters one is really cracking me up.
They’re adorable! For creepy dead gingerbread girls. π
Adrable and edible haha.
Oh my God this is amazing!
It is! π Must have taken them ages to make this…
Brilliant!
Agreed! I want to make one now too. But I’m too lazy. π

No! We made a Death Star one. π
Cool. Do ya have a pic? π btw. Did u see the death star pumpkin someone made for halloween this year? It was extremely cool π
I will take the creepy gingerbread kids above the real ones anytime. Gosh those girls were SCARY!
Ha! Very true. Those girls were the stuff of nightmares. At least you can bite the heads off of these. π
This looks amazing! And delicious!
I know! And so detailed. They clearly spent a lot of time on it. π
WOW, that’s incredible! Hope you had a lovely Christmas. Cheers!
Sorry – I totally missed this comment! This really was awesome – had to take them so long to do! I hope you had a great Christmas & Happy New Year. π
