My Opinion:
I was really looking forward to this movie well before all the hype. I liked the sound (ha!) of the plot synopsis as it seemed like an original idea plus I really like Emily Blunt so that helped as well. And Emily Blunt is a proper actress – she wouldn’t be in a BAD horror movie! Well, okay – Wind Chill wasn’t the greatest (although I kind of liked it but that’s probably only because of Blunt). I wasn’t sure if I would like this one but the suspense was agony. Ended up loving it too!
Glad you liked this one too! I thought it was pretty great. 🙂 I just read a book you might like as well, then, called Bird Box by Josh Malerman. Similar to A Quiet Place but people have to keep their eyes closed all the time as something that people are seeing is turning them mad & suicidal.
